• Check that you or a representative of your institution will be able / has time to join the Award Ceremony on June 28 in Florence, Italy (if you consider applying, we recommend blocking the day(s) already in your calendar).
• Familiarise yourself with the ticket options for the Awards and linked events. You can either join just for the day (fee: €220 excl. 19% VAT) or for all 3 days of the ACEEU Stakeholders Forum and Triple Helix Conference (fee: €390 excl. 19% VAT). If you are not able to attend the gala dinner, the fee will be reduced to €150 for one day, and €320 for the full event ticket.

Both, the attendance to the event as well as the payment of the event fee are requirements to be recognised as a finalist and to be considered for the final evaluation / selection of the winners. You only need to pay the event fee if you are selected as one of the 5 finalists from the category you applied for. There is no application fee to be paid for submitting an entry.

• Register an account on this page.
• Login to your account using your email address and the password you set during the registration process.
• Submit your entry (submission template plus some background information) using our submission platform.
